Stay ahead of the curve when you’re designing your bathroom with these up and coming trends.

Glossy colours

Saturated and glossy colours will be competing with all-white bathrooms next year. While bold touches have been growing in popularity over the years, pastels and neutrals will have to make room for shades like mustard, blue and glossy blushes in 2023.

Black accents

Black continues to star in the bathroom, both in terms of ceramics and shower enclosures, with smoked glass and black structures in both matte and glossy finishes. The use of black against tones such as salmon, beige or powder pink adds warmth and creates a welcoming atmosphere.

Clean-cut shapes

The trend in ceramics focuses on very clean, geometric shapes. Modern, minimalist designs have been popular for a while, but the new trend is the proportions, with a preference for volume.

Sustainability

Research continues into new materials that are lighter and therefore require less raw material and less waste. Energy-efficient production processes and new solutions that reduce processing phases are also important considerations. Think fixtures made from marble powder leftover from production or accessories manufactured partly from recovered plastic bottles and which do not emit VOCs.
