After nearly a decade in the military and having worked in building and construction, Stephen Epps sought a new challenge and founded SE Building Solutions. His discipline, attention to detail, and honest approach made him well-suited for the construction industry.

Stephen is an award-winning builder, licensed through the Queensland Building and Construction Commission and registered as a Master Builder in Queensland. Operating out of Bardon, Brisbane, he specialises in architectural renovations and new builds. Clients appreciate his clear communication, exceptional project management skills, and meticulous workmanship, often highlighting his innovative design ideas and the elegant finishes he delivers.

Steve has worked on countless renovations and new home builds across Brisbane. His passion for his craft is evident in his meticulous attention to detail, earning him a reputation as a perfectionist. Lauren is a dedicated Project Manager at SE Building Solutions, driven by her passion for the building and construction industry. With nearly 20 years of experience in real estate, including running her own business and managing renovation projects, she brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to every project. Lauren has honed her expertise through studies with HIA Construction and the Interior Design Institute, and she also holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in marketing, along with a real estate license.

Lauren’s exceptional organisational skills and her talent for client liaison ensure that communication is prioritised, allowing projects to run smoothly from start to finish. Her love for property and all things real estate, combined with her project management prowess, makes her an integral part of the SE Building Solutions team.
